Hotel Devi Grand - Katra - Katra (Jammu and Kashmir)

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The staff was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. The room service was prompt and efficient, ensuring that I had everything I needed. The hotel also had valet parking, which was a convenient feature. The room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. I also loved having a balcony where I could relax and enjoy the view of the mountains. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch and added to the overall luxurious experience. The Wi-Fi in the rooms was also reliable and fast, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay.

I would highly recommend this place to others.

Even the Jammu airport was not so far. Short way from Lazzez Restaurant, where you can have lunch. All the main sights, including Banganga Temple are in front of the hotel

The hotel has a great view and the rooms are clean and cozy. The staff is helpful and cordial. The pick and drop facility is a lifesaver during a city trip with children. The big room allowed us to stay longer without paying extra charges.

The hotel is undergoing renovation, which can be noisy at times. The service is slow due to understaffing.

The elevator was relatively small, which made it challenging to move around with large groups of people. the Wi-fi connection was unstable and only worked well in the lobby.
